“I’ve been working towards getting rid of items for years but have never been able to downsize as much as I truly wanted…until I worked with Heather. Heather helped me to trim my belongings in a way I had always wanted to but couldn’t get to on my own. She literally went through every category of items I was struggling with and talked through my thoughts and feelings I had towards certain items. Over the course of several meetings she helped me to change my perspective on the items I was struggling with and helped to see the items I truly cared about. Now I look in my closest and only see clothes I love. I look at my DVDs and only see the ones I actually watch. I look at my memory items and it brings me joy to only have the ones I want and not feel burdened by the ones I was holding onto out of guilt, because I “should” or was because I was “supposed to.” I feel like I can breathe better now that I’ve curated my belongings to only keep what I truly want, and I never couldn’t gotten there without Heather and her guidance and positive motivating presence.”
