Phone Consultation (15-30 minutes): Free
In Person Assessment (1-2 hours): $75
Hourly Rate: $90/hr
Virtual Rate: $90/hr

Tell me more about your current situation during a free phone consultation and together we can create a way for you to access my services in an affordable way.

Sessions:

Sessions are 3 hours minimum in order to best serve your needs in the most affective and efficient ways possible. Each session starts from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave your home. Drop offs to the dump, donations, errands, product procurement or extensive research will be included in billed time. I will round to the nearest ¼ of an hour.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at the end of each session.

Forms of payment accepted: Zelle, Check, Cash or ACH

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 48 or more hours before the appointment, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged half the session fee and must be paid in full prior to next appointment.

Day of Session No-shows and Last Minute Cancellations: If upon arriving to the client’s home, they are not home or unable to take part in the session and have not called the full session will be charged.

Travel Time: I will travel 20 miles or 30 minutes each way free of charge. Any travel time beyond that will be charged at half the hourly rate, starting at 30 minutes or 20 miles. Travel fees may be waived at my sole discretion. When travel fees apply, any tolls will be charged to the client, as well.

Confidentiality:

Privacy & Confidentiality: The work we do together requires trust and confidentiality. Clients can be assured that I will respect their privacy when working together. As a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals I follow the NAPO Code of Ethics and the BCPO Code of Ethics, emphasizing confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.

Fee Disclosure: Clients agree not to disclose to others fees for services.

Limitation of Liability:Client agrees that Simply Sorted Life, LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of damage caused by the client’s failure to carefully review or inspect any discarded or donated items. The client agrees their homeowner’s policy will be the insurance policy used for any property damage claim.

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, release and hold Simply Sorted Life, LLC. harmless of, from and against any and all costs, losses, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses and other obligations (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) asserted or recovered against or incurred by Simply Sorted Life, LLC. in connection with the services proposed or provided herein. Simply Sorted Life, LLC. makes no warranties expressed or implied in connection with the services provided or proposed herein. Client acknowledges that results are purely subjective and may vary between clients.

Photographs and Testimonials: Clients give Simply Sorted Life, LLC permission to use testimonials anonymously and without remuneration, and before and after pictures of their location (edited for identifying information), in marketing materials, including print and online. You will be given final approval of photos before they are published and should you have any objections then they will not be used.
